I'm flying to London in early December, and I want to meet you.

From December 1 to 4, I'll be in town meeting a handful of UK consumer brands that want to scale into the US. Food, beverage, beauty, wellness, fashion. If that's you, or someone you know, keep reading.

Here's why I'm coming in person. The US is the biggest consumer market in the world and the hardest one to crack cold. A great product is not enough. What wins in America is the full funnel: creative that speaks to real personas, landing pages that match the ad, offers that convert, media buying that scales, and unit economics that hold up at volume. That is what Pixel Theory does, and we have done it across categories.

MASA Chips is the one people know best. We have partnered with them for years and helped scale them to a near nine-figure run rate. It's A 10 Haircare is another: founder-owned, zero outside investors, around $500M in annual retail revenue and about 11 million bottles of Miracle Leave-In sold a year in the US, and we are their growth partner.

And this is not a fly-in, fly-out trip. A good chunk of the Pixel Theory team is based in London. We already work across both markets every day. I'm coming over to put faces to names, sit in rooms, and find the next brands we can take across the Atlantic.

Crossing the Atlantic is a funnel problem, not a product problem.

I'm especially keen to meet brands with real traction at home that are ready for the US, not brands still figuring out product-market fit.

So here is the ask, and it is an easy one. If you are based in the UK or London, reply to this email. I would love to grab coffee or dinner while I am there, whether you run a brand or just want to talk shop.

And if you know a UK founder or brand that should be scaling in the US, send us an introduction. Just reply and connect us. The best meetings I have ever had started with a reader forwarding an email exactly like this one.

London, December. Coffee is on me.
